NYSC logoA youth corps member deployed to Kebbi state has slumped and died at the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, orientation camp.
According to a news report by channelstv, the youth corps member suddenly slumped and was immediately rushed to the camp clinic for medical attention.
She was then later taken to the Federal Medical Centre, Birnin Kebbi for advanced medical attention. Despite efforts made by doctors to resuscitate her, the corps member gave up the ghost.
The Commissioner for Youth and Sports in Kebbi state, Muhammad Fingila, who confirmed the incident said that her remains had been sent to her home state in Adamawa.
